What is a blondie? A brownie without chocolate? A white chocolate brownie?

I like to make two types of blondies. Type one is golden in colour, it’s soft, gooey, with a caramelised, butterscotch flavour. The second is made with white chocolate, it’s lighter in colour, firmer and fudgier, with a sweet and subtle flavour.

They’re a great base for unlimited flavour combinations!
